Based on the genesis game "Rocket Knight Adventures," the first in a series of some of my favorite overlooked 16-bit classics re-imagined in HD. Drawn with a wacom tablet driver, done in photoshop. The download, at full rez, is 3840 x 2160, suitable for print or wallpaper alike.

It's to bad the remake was kinda terrible. They could have done so much more with the franchise. This is an amazing work of art, however.

I REALLY would have loved to see the new Rocket Knight look like this. What we got was okay, but not too big a deal. This however captures the ambiance of the original Warthog Kingdom and is absolute pro work. You could do this gorgeously if you turn down that really bright smog though. But aside from that, excellent work.

Sonic Colours is pretty decent. About time we get a good game out of Sonic again.

I'm starting a webcomic series sometime soon. Make sure to keep an eye on that, fans. Until then, keep in mind that I'm planning the site's layout.

somethings I am still to see in games nowadays... A true 2d masterpiece in full hd where the graphics emulate something of a 3d feel. Like in this painting. Would be awesome! BTW, this game IS getting a remake in HD. I saw the notice somewhere...

Wow, truly epic, the rain and the low color saturation add a lot to the picture, congrats.

One of my favorite games too, used to play it with my bro when I was younger! They're gonna release a sequel next year, I hope they don't mess with the characters like they did with some other franchises (Sonic).
